The journey began with a clear vision: to create an intuitive, user-friendly mobile app (available on Android and iOS) that would serve as a bridge between patients, healthcare providers, and vital medical information.With over 200,000 admissions managed each year across Calvary hospitals, the app needed to deliver real impact—from smoother admission processes to better patient engagement and communication.
A CENTRAL HUB FOR PATIENT CARE
Patients can conveniently complete admission details before arriving, saving time and improving data accuracy. One standout feature allows patients to invite loved ones to follow their admission journey in real time, offering updates and reassurance.The app provides centralised access to pre- and post-operative education, discharge summaries, hospital navigation tools, and health-related materials. A built-in directory of specialists enhances direct communication, while wayfinding features support patients and families on-site.
