A quick email signature checklist
- One brand font (or system fallback) and a clear hierarchy of sizes
- Brand colours only, with good contrast
- Approved logo lockup, crisp at 2× for retina screens
- Minimal information: name, role, company, phone, website
- No quotes, memes, or gifs
- Legal or disclaimer text is small and unobtrusive
- Icons only if they’re brand-approved and accessible
- Test for dark mode and mobile display
